INDIVIDUALIZED CARE. PERFORMANCE FOCUSED.

  • Whether you’re recovering from injury or preparing for competition, Charles connects physical therapy with strength and conditioning to help you work toward your goals.

  • Your history, movement, and sport shape your care. With individualized attention and clear guidance, each step focuses on building the capacity your next challenge demands.

THREE WAYS
TO MOVE FORWARD.

From working through an injury to preparing for competition, your care should reflect where you are and where you want to go.

THERAPY

Individualized physical therapy focused on movement quality, injury recovery and preparing your body for the demands ahead.

RECOVERY

Hands on treatment options integrated into your care, including cupping, dry needling, soft tissue mobilization and manual therapy.

PERFORMANCE

Strength and conditioning tailored to your sport, movement and goals. Build the capacity to return to competition and continue performing.

CARE THAT GOES
BEYOND THE SURFACE.

01

CUPPING

Cupping therapy uses vacuum suction on the skin to increase blood flow, soothe tense muscles, and restores natural tissue pliability. Ideal for athletes and active individuals alike, cupping relieves chronic soreness and helps your body recover faster.

02

DRY NEEDLING

Dry needling is a targeted physical therapy technique that uses fine, sterile needles to treat underlying myofascial trigger points, muscle tightness, and tissue dysfunction. By directly stimulating hyperirritable spots in the muscle, dry needling helps reset overactive muscle fibers, reduce localized pain, and instantly improve movement patterns.

03

IASTM

Using targeted handheld instruments, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization restores soft tissue restrictions, releases deep muscle adhesions, and boosts blood flow to accelerate healing, reduce stiffness, and restore pain-free range of motion.

04

Manual Therapy

Skilled manual therapy techniques used to address the root causes of movement restriction, easing localized soreness, relieving joint stiffness, and restoring range of motion. Experience skilled techniques through joint mobilization and manipulation and soft tissue mobilization.

We have been extremely impressed by Charles Loftis and his team at XCEL. They do a great job of explaining the science behind what they do, and they create individualized programs for each athlete. Our daughter has seen significant improvement since she began working with XCEL in November. Highly recommend!
